I know the pfSense 2.0 can do it, but it is alpha, and i try it failed.
I want know that can the m0n0wall traffic shaping with multi lan, thanks a lot!

Do you mean traffic shape one LAN interface and an OPT interface together/separately?  As far as I know it can.

Yes you can. Now I say that, over-simplifying what it take to do this. You will have to build two sets of rules, pipes, queues, etc. to do this. I've done this once before and it's not fun. The traffic shaping wizard for example, does a nice job to get you started, then you can copy the rules and start setting the interfaces they apply to for the LAN and OPT separately if you like. Making duplicate queues and pipes isn't as bad, but the rules will keep you busy for a few hours of testing to make sure they work as intended.
