Problem configuring WAN behind docsis cable modem [SOLVED]

Running m0n0wall 1.3b17 generic-pc
I'm trying to set up m0n0 for a friend that uses a Scientific Atlanta dpc2100, so far without success
When setting the WAN interface in DHCP I don't get a public IP, just 0.0.0.0
Am I missing something?

Found something already, have still to test it, but sounds promising to me

Chances are that I will have to contact the ISP to confirm which MAC they have registered (either from the cable modem or from the router they sent) in order to clone it via
Interfaces: WAN > General configuration > MAC address

Can confirm that cloning the router's MAC behind the cable modem works for me
