My secondary dns-holder asks me to open up all external ip:s for dns requests, how do I do that?

ipaddresses 194.18.61.176/28
m0nowall on 194.18.61.178

I have an internal W2003 server that is my DNS server.
NAT: WAN  TCP/UDP  53 (DNS)  192.168.0.16  53 (DNS)  DNS forwarder 
RULE: TCP/UDP  *  *  192.168.0.16  53 (DNS)  NAT DNS forwarder   

Version 1.231
built on Sat Apr 7 10:51:44 CEST 2007 
Platform generic-pc 
Uptime 3 days, 09:32

That I understand, but is there not a way to do a 194.18.61.176/28 for the interfaces? Do I have to nat every ip separately?

Yes, if you're using inbound/server NAT for all the IP's. If you're using 1:1 you can map a public /28 to a private /28, and open all the ports with one rule.
