Any other news about this ? I am also trying to use the IPSec VPN tunnel to connect to my Monowall and I don't have success, so any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Does anyone know about the problem with VPN connection on windows 7 and vista? I described my case http://forum.m0n0.ch/index.php/topic,3960.0.html, but on russian  Undecided

The problem is that users periodically disconnected vpn connection. Most visible at moments of peak demand.

Monowall, gives users ip address to DHCP. Not NAT. Provider provides access to the city network, and to access the Internet using VPN to another provider.

Sorry, my eng is no very good.

To improve my previous message, I am trying to use Shrew Soft VPN client and the tunnel is established ok, but I can only connect to the remote LAN ips,

What I would like to do is to send all traffic through the IPSec tunnel, but I am not able to make it run.  I am going to open another post just for this, although maybe it is a client issue.

Regards.
