With a most DCHP servers I am able to specify options like router, hostname, domain name, DNS servers, etc... on a per client basis to override global options.

I know about the 'hidden' way to do this manually by downloading the configuration file, editing it and re-uploading.

I would like to see these options on the web GUI.

Can you point me to a link that has these options documented and how the syntax works, etc? I've got some plans to do a little work on some DHCP settings/features myself and figured why not get it all in one shot since these type of options would benefit all of us.

The dhcpd.conf example file that comes with the ISCDHCP server in the FreeBSD ports tree is well documented and offers several examples.  However, here are some link to the man pages and some samples:

Man pages:
http://www.daemon-systems.org/man/dhcpd.conf.5.html
http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=dhcpd.conf&apropos=0&sektion=0&manpath=OpenBSD+Current&arch=i386&format=html

Example: http://www.bind9.net/dhcpd.conf
Tutorial: http://wpram.com/log/2005/04/08/installing_dhcp/

Informative Thread on FreeBSD's forums:

i have done some work on the m0n0wall image,
i added the option gateway to the GUI
and done some work on services.inc to add option subnet mask
and added it to the GUI , and it works prefect.
the idea is to have groups. if possible .
i mean to apply these options on specific group of clients.
