Is there a way to induce a time of day aspect into a rule or has anyone written a script that could alter rules at certain times of day?  I need to guarantee a certain vlan 4MEG download but only from 8-5 then I want that to be used by other vlans.  I hate seeing 4 MEG unused all night.
