Why are some outgoing connections blocked from my LAN?

Recently there are some entries popping up in the firewall log where TCP connections from a LAN machine to the internet get blocked.
I have the "Default LAN -> any" rule in place for the LAN interface, which should allow traffic from the LAN subnet to anywhere.
See attached screenshots.
Any ideas why?

same problem... and cant get rid of it.
i have LAN with gateway, and static routes that lead to external LAN.. if someone initiates something from there then traffic returning from my LAN back to external gets blocked
