I'm trying to do an install on a Contivity 100, which I know people have done with a lot of success... I on the otherhand have had nothing but problems.  Installing the latest Generic-PC-1.3, it installs without issue on the HD via another PC, but gives me (I forget the exact wording): "error /MFSROOT: File size..." I'll double check the exact wording of the error when I get home from work  and prompts for keyboard input to boot, which the Contivity 100 does not have a keyboard port...and the Unit goes into a reboot-loop

the exact error message:
Quote
error reading '/mfsroot': file too large
-
Hit [enter] to boot immediately, or any other key for command prompt
7 second wait
Booting /kernel
insta-reboot
and as stated, the Contivity 100 does not have a keyboard port, otherwise I'd try to do something at the prompt...

We discovered it to be a hardware issue and not a boot/OS issue...  Ram man, its all about the RAM, changed the dimm out and it booted up fine.
