I thought I remember it being possible to plug in a USB drive and it save the config of the router to the disk.  But I must be missing something or wrong.

My setup is generic PC 1.3 on a CF card to IDE..

Any reason you can't do this from another computer on the LAN via the web interface?

Well since this machine is headless (literally no video card or even keyboard/mouse ports), and somethings happens and I have to reload from scratch, I have no other way really to ascociate the ethernet cards or setup an IP, as I have no access to the "console" to set it up, and I figure popping in the USB flash drive would just make it easy..
