I am working on setting up Monowall for a public library. We need to force patrons who bring in their internet devices to accept our policy before access is granted. We also need to keep statistics on usage for our annual reports.

The existing network is both wired and wireless so for all of the library computers/Access points I added the IP addresses of all of them.

I am stuck on the part about the splash page: our policy will be the splash page and all I need is the ACCEPT button. I am used to using Microsoft Word 2007. How do I create that?

Also, we already have in place a hardware firewall, so I don't need the Monowall firewall. Is there a way to turn it off completely or to allow all?

Attached is a copy of our internet policy.

Thank you!

Another issue arose during my full scale test that I had not been aware of: all internal traffic was fine but no external traffic was going through. The logs showed that the LAN IP was accessing the correct outside DNS servers.
