I have two LANs that are shared equally (will be setting up a VLAN soon, but this is the network I inherited). My network is now configured as LAN (that's the default name that m0n0wall gave me) and LAN1 (was OPT0). I'd like to be able to change the default LAN to LAN0, but googling has come up blank.

Why not rename LAN1 to LAN2.  Then you have LAN and LAN2.
