Is it possible to have m0n0wall allow wildcard entries in the DNS forwarder.

I believe it is a part of dnsmasq, so I am guessing it will be rather trivial to add.

pfsense has a patch that makes the changes to pfsense - maybe it can be easily adapted to m0n0wall?

Would really love to have this feature, so I dont need to enter each subdomain manually (they all point to the same reverse proxy)

Kind regards
Niklas

Good idea, should be in the next release, I submitted the code for this to work last night.

Wow, that was quick - thanks a lot.

Is there any kind of ETA on when you will be releasing a new version?

Is there a way I can get a beta build with this feature or some other way I could use this new feature now?

Generally a new release is when there is enough bugs fixed, or ones of high enough importance, not for new features usually.

Try http://m0n0mods.googlecode.com/files/371.svnonly.generic-pc-1.31.img
or

These are untested use with caution
