I have a single static IP location with a m0n0wall.  I want to build and deploy several m0n0s to link up residential dynamic IPs to the static location.

I've seen a lot of docs and guides on m0n0wall's IPsec but I need one to show me how to configure m0n0wall with a dynamic IP on one end and static on the other.  All the docs I've seen assume that the other end will be a windows system or something.

You treat it the same as a remote client. Setup the one with the static IP for remote clients, setup the one with dynamic IP as a normal tunnel.
