I have just upgraded an embedded insrallation fron 1.3 to 1.31 but I've notice that from service menu disappeared the voice regarding Sip.
I don't know if I made any mistake or something does wrong..

It was added 11-Nov-2007 and removed 26-Jul 2008 with the comment
Removed siproxd functionality. It used a considerable amount of space and it turned out not to be that useful
