i wanna try to install monowall on netgear fvx538v1 (ixp425 533mhg/flash 16mb/ram 32mb).
is it possible and if yes how?

Of course not - that's not a x86 machine. Even if it were, it doesn't have enough RAM.
An XScale port of pfsense may be released at some point later this year, it's possible m0n0wall may have a port at that time as well. But don't hold your breath for either, it may never happen.
