i wrote that it is cp redirection problem when skype is running.

Now situation is clear and problem solved.

Situation description in sequence:
1. Computer powers on.
2. Skype autostarts and trying to connect to it's servers. Skype opens connections - about 150 to different ip addresses.
3. User opens browser and points it to some page, but no redirection, browser respond "Page is not available"

Important CP parameter:
1. Maximum concurrent connections:
This situation happens when
per client IP address (0 = no limit) = blank.
and
total = 100
I thought that "blank" is unlimited, but as i understood it is not.


To solve the issue set
per client IP address (0 = no limit) = 100
total = 100

That is all.
