I've configured:
LAN IP: 10.0.0.1/24

WAN: PPTP
local IP: 192.168.0.46/24
remote IP: 192.168.0.2

rebooted and but got errors in log:

so
1) why PPTP link is down after successful authorization Huh
2) what is IPADDR 192.168.1.100 in log?

m0n0wall 1.31 (built on Sat Mar 6 12:29:07 CET 2010), Platform Generic PC
PPTP server is Windows 2003 Server, and windows clients can easily connect to it

The remote PPTP server is probably requesting MPPE encryption (which operates on the CCP layer). This is not supported - the WAN PPTP client feature in m0n0wall is not intended for use with VPNs, only for certain (DSL-based) Internet connections that require unencrypted PPTP.
