It would be nice to make 3 profiles with different speeds, and give those profiles to certain users in the captive portal.

Already created a system just for that kind of thing actually. Still working out the bugs thought before I post anything here about it.

You can allocate that in Mysql database if you use freeradius/Mysql on a separate box.
