i want to limit 25 users each capped at 256kbps Download. and for all the 25 Users not to exceed 2Mbps for download.
can i make rules regarding limiting the speed for each user on wan interface. and make the total overall bandwidth on LAN interface. or V.S ?
and is it right that the direction in is download if i am shaping on WAN, and it is Upload if it is used with LAN?
