I have installed Monowall and it can only ping the local IP address
I can't access the web GUI either. I have tried resetting the configuration to factory default but still the default IP was not accessible.
LAN IP: 172.xx.x.x

Port configuration:
LAN -> re0
WAN -> vlan0
Enter number 1:

re0 <mac address> (up)

What should I do to fix it?

I was able to get into the web GUI but I'm still seeing re0 and re1. It looks like it's not recognizing the correct ethernet cards. The interface and ports are showing different then what I have set up originally. What can be done to resolve this issue?

your post doesn't make sense to me - do you have two network cards or one? why do you have a vlan set up?

Power on the monowall with a monitor and keyboard attached.
Use the auto-config network interfaces.
