Hi all;
Im having a problem accessing a sip provider (sipgate)

 we are having the following network topology: we are using a lan cable taken from a neighbouring office, they have 24meg down / 20meg up which is helping us alot, anyway here is how we connect:

<WAN>==========<Friends Lan>===========<Our Wan>=====================<Our Lan>===============<Sip Phones Network>

Public IP=======192.168.1.X============192.168.1.X Via their DHCP=========192.168.4.X=============192.168.4.X Via our DHCP

due to this we are doing two level NATing which seems that sip phones dont like
