Hello,

I would like to know, would RTL8168B chip based NIC be recognized with m0n0?
I believe it would be supported by the "re" driver, RTL8169 sure is, however I am not that sure about the 8168B.

Thanks in advance,

Yep, it should work with image in post #20, according to Realtek the rl driver supports the following:
RTL8111B/RTL8168B/RTL8111/RTL8168 RTL8111C/RTL8111CP/RTL8111D(L) RTL8168C/RTL8111DP/RTL8111E

Thanks for the useful info guys, as it turns out to be, i've realised that i actually have the same NIC chipset  on my laptop so i checked and the same situation is confirmed over here, RTL8168B/8111 won't work.

Did you try with the generic-pc-1.32-rl-1.79.img.gz image that includes the rl driver?

That version does not include the "rl" driver.  Please try with the generic-pc-1.32-rl-1.79.img.gz linked to above.

I'll write when I check it with that image.
