Traffic Shaping

I'm trying to do some traffic shaping on my network, so I was looking to follow along with the QoS video that's on the main page...

However no video player will open it... VLC, wmplayer, etc... I've tried from multiple computers, and multiple network connections... Nothing.

Anyone have any ideas? Or am I just crazy?

I am using one of the older versions of K-Lite codec pack + the WMPlayer classic, and It's working just fine.

I also cannot get this running on a Mac under Windows Media Player 9 (latest for Mac), WMV, Flip4Mac+QuickTime.

Any chance of actually putting this in a standards-friendly format?

I had the same problem, I downloaded Any Video Converter and got it over to an XviD AVI format that works fine.
