Just asking if this setup is possible:
m0n0wall has a public and static ipv6 WAN address.
Are ipv4 clients behind the m0n0wall able to communicate to ipv6 WAN without a LAN ipv6 connection to the m0n0wall ?

No, afraid not. Its an ipv6 router. Sixxs have an open v4 to v6 http gateway you could consider.
