I've been trying to ACL to work right mac adress's

Current setup is WAN port is connected to my network. The LAN is connected to a switch that is connect to Access Points.
Desired function is to deny access to wireless devices that are not on the ACL.

My question is im trying to setup a ACL of devices that connect wirelessly to the AP's. I have tried a few ways. Adding the MAC address's of the AP's to list and a wireless test device. But still other wireless devices not on the ACL still can browse the web an so forth.

Im not sure if DHCP with ACL support will work correctly for this configuration. Anyone have any other ideas?
