My config:

Monowall-1:
-PPPOE
-SIX IPV6 tunnel with /48 subnet
-3 Interfaces: WAN(DSL), LAN, DMZ
LAN interface: /64 subnet defiend (IPV6 main net, router advertisements: ON)
-IPV6 static route to an 2nd IPV6 network

Monowall-2
-virtual machine unter VM-Ware workstation
-2 Interfaces:
WAN (connected to hardware monowall and in same network)
LAN (Own /64er IPV6 subnet; standardgateway set to hardware monowall)

Ping testing:
From virtual monowall to hardware monowall works & Ping to heise.de via IPV6, too.
From hardware monowall pinging the VM LAN fails.
From virtual LAN, pinging fails to Hardware monowall & IPV6 internet

After replacing the vitual monowall with an debian Linux, I have the same problem!
I think the problem is the static IPV6 route on the hardware monowall.

Best regards,
Andreas
