So basically you want the laptop on the DMZ to be able to access the VPN server on your 2k3 box?

You need a firewall rule on your DMZ interface to allow the traffic, it should look pretty similar to the WAN rule you currently have in place.

Go to Firewall -> rules -> DMZ tab -> new rule
Source will be 10.2.1.0/24 network (or the static IP assigned to your laptop)
port will be any
destination is 10.1.1.10
port is whatever port the VPN is listening on - will be the same as your WAN rule for destination port.
