What is the preferred way to configure the situation where there are two www servers (serving different domains; this is not a load-sharing situation)? Can an m0n0wall WAN interface be multihomed? Or is the answer to use two WAN adapters? A similar problem occurs on the LAN side of this situation.

Once again, this is emphatically not a question of fail-over or load sharing/balancing.

Multiple WAN adapters are not supported.

It is possible to multihome the WAN adapter. See the m0n0wall handbook http://doc.m0n0.ch/handbook-single/#id11630518 section 6.6.

LAN adapters can have multiple IP addresses assigned to them.
