Traffic Shaping

Hello all,

Can anyone shed some more light on the traffic shaper.
I have read a bunch of posts and an article on it but I can't get it to work for my Elastix PBX.

Any help would be appreciated. I tried watching the video on the screen cast page but it doesnt open.
