Hello.....

I'm attempting to install Monowall on a Supermicro server. The motherboard is equipped with two GB NICs. I have also installed a dual port GB NIC (PCIe).

When installing, I get no "valid interfaces". I'm affraid my NICs are not supported.

The PCI dual port NIC is an Intel E1G42ETBLK:
The controller chip is marked WG82574L

The motherboard has two intel controller chips marked WG82574L

Looking at the list of supported NICs at:
http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.11R/hardware-i386.html#ETHERNET

i can't find my controller chips. This makes med think they are not supported. Correct?

Thank you,
Tobias

I'm going to switch to pfsense as my cards are all found by that installer.
