After configuring m0n0wall, and then creating/saving a config file - can you edit the boot cd ISO file to have all your configuration information on the your boot CD. I would rather use the product in production where the configuration is set and can not change. (Also, I have had previous experience with the diskette or diskette drive going bad and this a CD booted system like m0n0wall will not run because of a config file access issue. If it is possible to place the config file on the CD, where does the config file need to be placed in the ISO file and what file do I change on the ISO file to have it look for the config file on the CD instead of the diskette. Or does the config file need to be open for read/write access - and as a result, it is not possible to have the file on the CD?

You'll need some sort of application that can edit the iso file.
