Hello, I have a captive portal in production.

It run with vouchers.
If the voucher is correct the user navigate. If not, an error page is showed. This is OK.

But, if a voucher was validate as "" (blank - nocode) the user can navigate.

I'm sorry for my english. Thank's

NOTE: in the initial production configuration I don't use Users, but then I use Users and
obtain the same bypass.

For the record - when using vouchers, it is important that the "Authentication" setting on the captive portal setup page is set to "Local user manager" and not to "No authentication" (otherwise users who leave the voucher field blank will be allowed through the captive portal, as the "No authentication" setting is intended for setups that simply need to display an AUP without authentication). No local users actually need to be created.
