NAT Question - Adding 3rd Web Server

We have added a 3rd web server and having difficulty getting it working properly.
For the first web server, all 80 traffic is pointing from the external IP xxx.xxx.118.66 (main WAN configuration) to internal xxx.xxx.75.2 with just NAT and firewall rules for port 80.
Our second web server has Server NAT set up xxx.xxx.118.67 again, with NAT and firewall rules for port 80 (also with Proxy ARP set up as well)
I added the 3rd server last week to Server NAT with xxx.xxx.118.71 and set up the NAT and firewall rules as well as Proxy ARP, but cannot get to it via the external IP address or domain name. Internal IP address works fine, but external does not.
Ping for xxx.xxx.118.71 results the same as pings to xxx.xxx.118.66 and xxx.xxx.118.67 so it seems to be directed to the right place, so im not sure what im doing wrong (if anything)
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks in Advance

In my opinion, You have a /29 subnet and You are probably trying to use the broadcast address.

I do not beleive you can access external host through NAT from within the network. are you able to access the web server from another IP address?
