Hello all,

I went through 15 pages of this forum and have read the handbook 3+ times and can’t find my answer.

I am running ver 1.33
I have an internal web server setup for port 80, I setup NAT and it created a firewall rule for port 80 and everything works great, however I don’t like port 80 and would like the outside port to be something like 8080 pointing to internal port 80.  I am used to setting up virtual ports buts I must be missing something.  I read the manual and it just states PAT is used in NAT.  I have no Idea what to setup to accomplish this.  I assume local port must be 80 and incoming port is 8080 but this doesn’t work,?  It’s a long drive and I only want to do this once..  Really a simple image of what I need would help me allot..

Please help!

NAT rule:  | WAN | TCP | 8080 | Web1 (Alias) | 80 |

WAN Rule: | TCP | * | * | Web1 (Alias) | 80 |

Thanks for the reply Roy, this is what I already tried, however thinking it over in my head my firewall is behind another NAT and didn’t set the rules in it, so I will give that a whirl this week and hopefully this will fix my issue.
