Hi,

I am currently using 1.2 (9 Oct 2005). And i plan to upgrade to 1.33 which is latest one. I installed as generic PC. Direct install on the hard disk. Based on the forum and website info on m0n0wall, do i need to install 1.3b7 first before go for 1.33??? Any other point i need to consider before i go for upgrade? Wink

Thanks.

Regards,

You must upgrade to 1.3b7 and then to 1.33.

It would be a good idea to always backup your configuration before upgrading, even though the configuration is preserved across successful upgrades. If something goes wrong and you have to reinstall the image, and you don't have that backup.........

How much RAM do you have in the machine? 64MB is the stated minimum to run m0n0wall, but it has been my experience that 64MB is no longer enough to successfully upgrade.

Good luck.

Thanks for your info.

I believe my machine have more than 64MB RAM inside.
