While booting with cdrom.iso I get the follow mistake:
EMM386: Warning: Adress line A20 already enabled;
The booting stopped here; knows someone the mistake?
The CDRom.iso is burned with Nero as boot CDRom.

I suspect that incorrectly using Nero to burn the iso image is the source of your problem.
It appears that you told it to create a boot CDROM. This writes some DOS stuff to the disk which is not what you want.
Use Choose Recorder / Burn image instead and point it to the m0n0wall iso file.
