I am trying to get monowall to do the following for a public WIFI service:

1.  No authentication just a "continue button

2.  On the page with the continue button display an advertisement page

3.  The advertisement page is a single page web site that is pulled into the page along  with the continue button

4.  When "continue" is clicked on the user goes to his original destination.

I have it working; however, it does not work correctly on IE or Safari.. It only works on Firefox and Chrome. The way I did it is to  upload to the captive portal an .html file with the suggested "form" code from the monowall docs and an "iframe" that refers to a second file that is stored on the monowall firewall. That file has a single frame that references the advertisement page by ip address.  On IE and Safari I end up with a frame within a frame and two "continue buttons"  the inside frame has blank content.  When you click on the continue button the advertisement page loads and when you click on the outside continue button the original destination appears.  On  Firefox I end up with a continue button and a frame with the advertisement page.

Any suggestions as to a better technique to accomplish this goal.
