Here's the scenario:

There are 3 offices connected via MPLS (same Telco provider).  Our firewall at Office A recently too a dive so I deployed the most recent version Monowall as a replacement.  Here's the weird part.

After deploying Monowall, users at Office B and C are getting intermittent connection to servers located at Office A. For example, if I try to ping a server in Office A from Office B or C, I will get intermittent successful replies.

I've already contacted the Telco to confirm that nothing was being filtered on the MPLS routers.   When I perform a trace route, it looks like Monowall is dropping the connection.

For sanity sake, I created a rule to allow any to any traffic originating from Office B and C but that didn't work.  I also disabled the "block private network" feature to see if that will work but no luck.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated. My head is already bruised from banging it on the wall.  :-)

Office A
192.168.171.0/24

Office B:
10.50.230.0/24

Office C:
192.168.168.0/24
