Installation

I have all the hardware needed to install m0n0wall on my firebox and everything is working great.  I can get into the bios and look at that.  I erased the onboard flash so it says "No operating system found.  I loaded the m0n0wall image onto a CF 1GB card and here is where I am stuck.  When I try to load it I get errors.  I changed a jumper that I believe determines the boot device.  By changing the jumper I either get the message "No operating system found" or an error about the boot device.  The instructions I am following are using a 32MB CF card and it lists the cylinders/heads/sectors for that that needed to be manually entered for it to work.  Mine is a 1GB CF card and I am unsure what I would need to enter for it to recognize my card.  Anyone able to assist?
