Image Modification

Hi,

I use ccd2iso tool for convert my customized .img file to
iso but i get some error that i can't  continue my jobs.

Error:

Error at sector 3997.97 - 9400944 of 9401560 bytes processed
The sector does not contain complete data. Sector size must be 2352, while actusal
Data read is 616
This probably means that you don't hace a valid .img file.

How can i convert that?
