Im currently using 1.8 509 and seems pretty good but can't seem to get my linksys PAP2 SIP device to work through the firewall. Using SIP software on the LAN is fine but the PAP2 just doesn't register with the SIP provider. It does contact an external NTP server to set its time but no SIP.
Does anyone know if this is an issue with 1.8, Mono in general or maybe I just need some special config to support it?

Dave, may be this help you.
I am using snom phones with external providers and a asterisk pbx behind 1.8.510, everithing works ok.
I suggest you enable the firewall logging and investigate further looking at the log entries.

I have several SIP devices that work fine behind m0n0wall. as per Jakob, check your logs for blocks or errors on m0n0wall.
