Direct all traffic to one domain or network to a separate gateway

I have a situation, where I need to direct all network traffic going to 10.189.xx.xx or *.domain.ext to a gateway 10.4.182.1. The m0n0wall device has an internal IP 10.4.182.254. I know this should be simple, but it is escaping me.
Thanks

Sounds like you want to add a static route but you can't place host names there.
See:
System: IPv4 Static routes

Ok. I have my static routes entered for the 10.189.xx.xx network, and it works for linux and OSX users, but not windows users (xp or 7).

Interesting. If I disable windows firewall, the routing works.

Windows firewall might be seeing the returning traffic as unsolicited and dropping it.
