I am having this issue on a random basis with our generic PC version gateways in the field using both the b510 version....at times the b500 version seems to work better in this area...I have some logs that will show dhcpoffer and dhcpdiscover then no access to the internet for a user trying to sign in....once we turn off the CP feature then the same user gets right online without an issue...

any ideas?

What initial network traffic are they trying?  If it is not port 80, it will fail.  With everyone's homepage being https now, this is coming up more and more.

so with this said when will CP be fixed to aloow any homepage to pop up using https or http port 80?
