Feature Requests

If you look at the controls on the rules for the traffic shaper:

Firewall: Traffic shaper: Rules

You'll see that here are up and down arrows that allow each rule to be easily moved around in the list.

If you look at Firewall: IPv4 Rules, there is a similar mechanism, but it's not as easy or as flexible to get a rule placed where you want it.

Consistency between the two would be nice and I would like to see the Firewall: IPv4 Rules behave the same way as Firewall: Traffic shaper: Rules.
