Firewall/NAT

Hello:

I have try to setup a FTP server that behind m0n0wall. However, I have try but unsuccessful. May I know what I need to pay attention? MY FTP Server and client are both to use FileZilla!

I would like to setup like this:
FTP using the m0n0wall WAN's IP "A.B.C.D"
It locate at internal LAN with IP "192.168.30.15"

I have try to create NAT & rule of port 20 & 21 but also fail. It just only can login but can't list the directory.

Can you kindly give me some guideline?
