In our extensive testing we have found that 1.31 is still the best version and most stable for all types of devices to attach to the network. Apple products, iphones, droids, W7, Vista, ect...  we operate our servers in a very volitile highly transient market and you will always get those who cannot connect but 1.31 seems the most reliable and stable. Also of note we see most issues with some VPN connections and the Captive portal login screen at times.
