If You know the chipset on the card check if it's supported here:

i checked my Intel Pro 1000GT is supported but,

i get the message in the logs that, the WAN port "Feb 10 16:39:54    dhclient: Can't attach interface sis1 to bpf device /dev/bpf0: Device not configured" .

I tried also the auto-method on the console, but it doesnt find the Intel Card as Wan port.

I Tried the intel card with PFsense too, same problem wan could not be found.

But the Adapter worked with iPCop without problems.

Any ideas? greetings

ok it works , i found the error.

i reassigned the nics (dont know why it worked now)
first i checked if ping is working (on the console of monowall pc)
it worked
third mistake was i used wrong dns on my client PC (windows7 static ip), correct dns was not the monowall pc, it was the router which is in front of  monowall.

(routermodem)->(Monowall)->(windows7 client)

(network1)-(monowall)-(network2)

(dhcp/dns is made by router)

i came from ipcop. I found monowall.
It fits my need superior over ipcop (better config of rules and ranges + working customiseable  trafficshaping)

greetings
