I am new to M0n0wall, but learning quickly.

I have an issue with accessing a public IP that I've got 1:1 NAT'd to a VOIP Server inside my network.

When I'm outside the LAN, I can access it just fine, so I know the rules are setup correctly, but when I'm inside the network, I cannot access the public IP I have NAT'd to it.

What could I be overlooking? Thanks in advance!

On the inbound NAT page there is this:

Note:
It is not possible to access NATed services using the WAN IP address from within LAN (or an optional network).

I think (but do not know for sure) that it may apply to 1:1 NAT as well.

NAT port reflection is not supported in m0n0wall.  There are some good reasons for this, as it is a nasty hack... Smiley  Just put the internal address under the FQDN in the DNS server, and you should work as intended.
