I'm a newbie. Can anyone tell if m0n0wall has customization feature that I can create a guest page and record they detail such as email and contact number down? All these data will be kept in DB.

Well, m0n0wall is open source, so anything is modifiable...  However, you might just want to set up captive portal with a RADIUS backend to collect the data and approve access.
