Topic: how to block all traffice from Lan ?  (Read 1726 times)

Hi there !

I have a m0n0wall Firewall and i wanna block all traffic from inside of LAN which it's not possible !!!

I wrote some rule in WAN and allow access some Ips from WAN to FW to see the Web GUI but i can't block the LAN IPs to not to see the Web GUI , all of my lan subnet can see the Web GUI !
how can i set the rule which is block all LAN traffic and keep Web GUI safe from lan clients !

Have a look at the first firewall rule on the following picture:
http://www.abload.de/img/m0n0gou4y.png

Choose the "LAN" network instead of "Guest". "Destination" has to be your m0n0wall IP address on this subnet.

Unfortunately i have no Guest TAB in my m0n0wall version !!

how can i fix this issue ?

You do not need a "Guest" network. It is just a name, like "LAN" is a name of a network, too.

First, look under System -> Advanced and find "Disable webGUI anti-lockout rule" and check it.  Note that if you do not have a way back in after you do this, you will be locked out yourself.
